This is an example of a page with a "left stripe" background. This is

actually a short wide graphic with an image only on the left edge

Note that with this kind of border you need a way to keep the text

out of the graphic area on the left edge. In this case, the

attribute STYLE="margin-left: 90px" in the

<BODY> tag is used (now <A HREF="980806b.html">view

the HTML code for this page</A>). Don't worry about what

this means for now; it'll be covered in a later installment

when we get to style sheets.
