At Westfield, Pennsylvania, the Wellsville, Addison & Galeton line west from Elkland, which up to now has been running along the Cowanesque River, makes a sudden turn south to follow Mill Creek. Those icicles should give you an idea of the weather conditions encountered here in northwestern Pennsylvania.
