Transfer cabooses are a common sight in the Chicago area, and can be anything from a flat car with a small "doghouse" added to a full-scale caboose, usually with most of the windows plated over. Caboose no. 99097, seen at Ash Crossing, has obviously gotten the "new Soo" image treatment.
