Utah
Castle Gate, Utah
September 4, 1995

A northbound Utah Railway coal drag out of Helper, Utah, approaches the grade crossing at Castle Gate. Although the Utah Railway owned one of the two tracks through Spanish Fork Canyon that made up the joint Denver & Rio Grande Western/Utah Railway main from Soldier Summit to Provo, here the Utah ran over trackage rights on the Rio Grande's double track main.
