One last look at Delaware & Hudson Alco PA-1 no. 16, here seen at Binghamton, New York. Sadly, the D&H's four PA-1s were only to linger on the road for another year, ultimately being sold to the Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México. Today (2018) no. 16 is back in the U.S. with plans afoot to repaint it in Santa Fe warbonnet colors and exdhibit it at the Smithsonian.
