The Cuyahoga Valley Railroad served the Jones & Laughlin Steel plant in southwest Cleveland, with connections to the Baltimore & Ohio and the Wheeling & Lake Erie (later Nickel Plate Road, and eventually Norfolk & Western). This view (probably of no. 961) is looking south from the Clark Avenue bridge.
