The westbound Canadian encountered its eastbound counterpart somewhere between Heron Bay and Port Arthur, north of Lake Superior. If those striped noses look familiar, it just might be because the rail scenes in the movie Silver Streak were filmed on the Canadian Pacific and used CP's existing color scheme with minor modifications.
