It's probably stretching things to call this a Wabash photograph, but the road did run across southern Ontario from Buffalo to Windsor via trackage shared with the Great Western (later part of Grand Trunk, and ultimately incorporated into Canadian National). Presumably these Norfolk & Western units are using trackage rights inherited from the Wabash following the 1964 merger (not to mention that second unit looks suspiciously ex-Wabash). This eastbound consist has just exited the Detroit River tunnel.
