Union Pacific's Coalmont Branch (originating in the town of Coalmont, Colorado) ultimately ends up in Laramie, Wyoming. At this date it's clear that the line is pretty much unused, if not actually out of service. This location is North Pierce Street looking west. A short distance behind the camera the branch will connect with the Union Pacific's Overland Route through downtown Laramie.
