The two Taggarts Tunnels, located a few miles east of Morgan, Utah, pierce a ridge associated with a sharp bend in the Weber River which the Union Pacific followed through Weber Canyon. With a pair of bridges immediately past the tunnels and a convenient picnic area off Interstate 84 it makes an ideal location for an afternoon of trainwatching.
