Although the Pennsylvania had its own tracks through Chicago's Forest Hill Crossing, this Penn Central transfer run appears to be on the shared Chesapeake & Ohio/Belt Railway of Chicago rails through the crossing. The tracks on the left would be the former Wabash (by now Norfolk & Western) with the crossing tower behind the camera.
