As seen on a previous slide, it was not hard to gain access to the Erie's Portageville Bridge over the south end of New York's Letchworth State Park. Although there's not a train or railroad structure to be seen in this or the next slide, it is after all a view from a historic bridge which may soon be history. Below are the Upper Falls; the river is the Genesee River which ultimately flows through Rochester to Lake Ontario at Charlotte, New York.
