An eastbound loaded coal train from the mines at Craig is about to pass under the Colorado State Highway 131 overpass just north of Phippsburg, Colorado, on its way to the Crater Loops, the Rio Grande mainline at Orestod (Bond), and the Moffat Tunnel. The road has been part of the Union Pacific for less than a month, and Southern Pacific power still reigns.
