Rebuilt MLW RS18u Canadian National no. 3154, bearing a considerably more colorful paint scheme than CN's usual mostly-black, is seen west of Toronto Union Station from the Spadina Avenue bridge. No. 3154 was originally built for CN in 1960 as an RS18 and numbered 3884. Front Street is in the background.
